We recently traveled to Japan as a family of five and wanted to capture special memories in Kyoto. From the very beginning, Rafael was an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, kind, and very responsive. He provided clear information about his packages and even offered helpful recommendations for renting kimonos, which made the entire booking process effortless.
